What we collect
We do not require user accounts. When you purchase Pro, Stripe processes payment and we receive your email address for fulfillment. Support emails you send us are stored for up to two years. We use Google Analytics (gtag measurement ID G-CYRLEKE735) to understand traffic; Google may set cookies and process IP-derived data under its terms. Stripe Checkout may set session cookies required for payment.
Why we process data
Contract performance (delivering the Google Sheet), legitimate interest (customer support, fraud prevention), and legal obligations (tax records). We do not sell personal data.
Processors
Stripe (payments), Resend or equivalent (transactional email), hosting provider (Vercel). Each processor has its own privacy policy and EU adequacy or SCCs where applicable.
Retention
Purchase records: up to seven years for tax. Support: two years. Analytics: up to twenty-six months if used.
Your rights (GDPR)
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email privacy@linkatlas.space — we respond within thirty days. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
